Tax Incremental District (TID) #3 in the Village of Kewaskum represents an important step in addressing challenges within the southeastern portion of the Village. While progress is being made, TID #3 also plays a crucial role in alleviating the financial burden of the distressed TID #2 by dedicating surplus revenues to its recovery.
